Members home pageHealth insurance can be difficult. There are plenty of materials to review and in-network providers to consider. That’s why WPS has taken steps to provide all the information you need—all your benefit and policy information—in your online member account.

But that’s not all we did. Here at WPS, we also strive to support all our members. With that goal in mind, we created tip sheets and step-by-step guides to help you navigate your online member account and go straight to the information that matters to you most.

Where are all these great guides located?

Just go to the Members tab and click on the Forms and Documents menu on the left side of the page. You copy and paste this URL into your browser’s address field: http://www.wpsic.com/members/forms/index.shtml

How to register for your online member account: This great guide has simple steps and screenshots to walk you through the quick and easy registration process. Pro tip: have your member ID card handy!

Where to find your Explanation of Benefits (EOBs): This great guide shows you which tab of your online member account to access your benefit information from your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) document.

 

How to find your deductible accumulator: Your deductible accumulator is the number that indicates how much of your deductible you have met in the current calendar year, compared to your total deductible amount.

Member Resources: This handy guide lists the resources and tools available throughout the entire WPS website. Resources such as: the WPS Health Center, the Find a Doctor tool, online prescription ordering, and more!
