live chatChoosing a health insurance plan that is right for you can be difficult, especially if you’re not sure what you’re looking for. WPS offers a variety of ways for you to contact us with your questions. One of our exciting new features is the online Live Chat option.

When you visit the WPS website, www.wpsic.com, and go to any of our product plan pages, the Live Chat option is available in the right-hand toolbar anytime you have questions.

If you stay on any of our product plan pages, such as the WPS Individual and Family plans, Medicare Part D plan, or Medicare Supplement plan, a little window will automatically pop up after approximately 30 seconds asking if you would like assistance. 

The Live Chat tool connects you directly to a WPS sales employee who can answer any questions about our WPS and Arise Health Plan health insurance coverage and assist you in finding a health insurance plan that fits your needs.

For questions about claims or other specific plan policy information, please call our Member Services at 800-223-6882 Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., CST.
